Home Injection Health is designed to make your healthcare journey simple and efficient. Starting your treatment only requires three steps:
- Fill out an online medical intake form.
- Select an appointment time for a consultation with your new health care provider.
- After your interview, medical clearance and payment, you’ll receive your semaglutide medication.
The 6 week program is $435, 12 week program $780, 24 week program $1320. This includes everything from your online appointment to your medication delivery. We maintain complete transparency with our patients, meaning there are no hidden charges or long-term contracts. However, if you choose to have your order filled at a local pharmacy instead of through our platform, the pharmacy may charge you a fee for your medication. Many of our patients save over $1,000 per month by using our services.
All initial plans start at 0.25mg weekly injections and advancing at standard dosing plan, increasing by 0.25mg every month. Advanced and custom plans are readily available.
We provide up to 2mg/week of Semaglutide, if medically suitable, for an additional cost. Please consult with your healthcare provider to see if a custom dosing regiment is more appropriate for you.
When you start our 6 week, 12 week, or 24 week program, you’ll receive sufficient medication for the entire duration of your treatment program. Most of our patients opt for the 12 week plan due to its cost and effectiveness.

Yes, all medications are produced in an FDA-registered compounding pharmacy. We collaborate with licensed pharmacies across all 50 states, using only top-grade ingredients. Approved patients are typically prescribed Semaglutide injections, which are slowly absorbed by the body over a week to help reduce appetite and cravings. Please note that the Semaglutide we prescribe is a generic compounded medication and is not associated with the Novo Nordisk™ company or the brand-name medications Victoza®, Saxenda®, Wegovy®, or Ozempic®
Weight loss varies between individuals, but studies show most patients lose around 15% of their initial body weight over a span of 24 weeks. This translates to weight loss of 30 pounds in a 200 pound person. However, the most successful patients also make concerted efforts to change their diet and lifestyle, which can result in even more weight loss.
After you take your intake form, have your medical provider interview & clearance, and payment is submitted, you will select select your medication delivery method.
